Ancient Blue Strand #2: Crazy Flame

This exquisite strand is the second in a series that was too wonderful to stop!
Starting with links of incredibly interesting flamework by Lori Lochner, I created little dancing fidget spinner elements by capturing ring beads on a wire with tiny seed beads - this chunky link is repeated with variations along the whole strand, and connected by a wild treasury from my collection of ancient excavated trade beads, modern artisan ceramics and trade bead replicas. Smaller nuggets of Nacozari turquoise are sprinkled along the strand. It looks and is ancient and rustic, but is affordable because of artisan work that mimics priceless old beads interspersed with the genuine.
Because of the links connecting the strung sections, it would be possible to add length without restringing, if you'd like a longer piece.
Please look at the series displayed together: several of these strands would make a marvelous statement! I'm happy to offer a discount if you'd like several strands, but I felt each one was so unique that it deserved it's own listing.
