Spirit Travels: Hand Mala - Object of Contemplation for Focus and Meditation

The word "mala" means "garland" - an object originally worn around the neck or wrapped around the wrist and used in prayer or meditation. Malas are objects of contemplation. They are for meditation, prayer, or mind journeys. They are not a product of a specific culture or religion; anyone can partake of their symbolic concentrated power.

This hand mala is an object meant to be handled gently, and touched repeatedly for focus and meditation.

SPIRIT TRAVELS
The focal of this mala is a n amazingly polished rounded rectangle of kambaba jasper - so beautiful to touch , and will open your heart. Above it, a carved Keith O’Connor rusty red ceramic beadm a slice and a rounded smaller slab of red brecciated jasper, a running rabbit hand cast by artisan Green Girl Studio, the an assortment of jasper nuggets and old trade beads that have traveled the world before arriving here, and capped by a faceted round of rainbow obsidian that glistens with an inner golden glow. The handle of small Czech and old indonesian trade beads is centered on a lantern bead of red tiger eye.

This mala will open you to smooth and peace-finding travels, whether in mind or body.

CUSTOM NECKLACE TO HOLD THE MALA (OPTIONAL - request by message)
The malas can be worn with an accompanying necklace of smaller matching stones that loops through the handle of the mala and slips over the head. I will be happy to make one to match this mala for you; just convo me.
